Our salon offers a variety of beauty services to make you look and feel your best. Prices may vary depending on hair length, extent of work and time. We also offer on location services at your request for special events with advanced notice.
Evangelin’s Story
Born in Baltimore MD, Evangelin Pesci grew up in near by Reisterstown. As a young girl she spent most of her spare time performing for others and helping her mom with their non profit organization Emerald U.S.A. Emerald U.S.A. focused on youth developing their talents by giving back to the communities. Growing up in pageants and having a Miss America judge for a mother, Evangelin is no stranger to the beauty industry. Ever since she could hold a doll she was cutting their hair and fixing their outfits.
Later in life after cutting her own hair and several bad hair experiences she realized what an impact image makes and how we are judged by our appearance. Passionate and committed to helping others with their personal journey of beauty Evangelin became a stylist. She believes with all her heart that what she does is truly an art form and not paint by numbers. Every head is different and every client becomes a work of art.
